Five Phases of architectural design
Pre design
Pre design: It is a sample architectural conceptual design which includes plan layout , zoning and sketches of the project which will be discussed with the client for further suggestions and changes which will be taken into consideration for further development and design process.
Schematic Design
Schematic Design : This Design will be actual site layout planning with all the measurements and actual dimensions in place according to the site. The plans will be printed with all details required and is ready for next stage
Design Development
Design Development : This is a phase where the building 3D designs are developed with interiors and exteriors , this designs will be done according with the client interactions and material choices and the budget for the project.
Construction Documentation
Construction Documentation : This Documentation will be set of all drawings with detailing required to construct on-site and such that there will be no doubts while constructing the project. All architectural designs will be detailed out by draftsman and architects for a worker to understand the drawing and design
Construction Administration
Construction Administration: This role is for the superior incharge of the construction to start and proceed the work after the documentation is in place and this person will assign and divide work among the workers so that he can make sure the project is on time and delivered.
